Exhibited at the East London Design Show 2014 for East End Prints'London·themed show. Constructed from hand cut MDF painted with acrylic paint and framed in a deep box frame.
This piece is from a series of artworks based on traffic flattened drinks cans that I find everywhere I travel.
A little insight into how I create the hand cut works. This set are created using a silk screen outline of the butterflies, which i then hand paint, cut out and pin in place to create the final artworks.
